APB Asia is the proud owner of the MR CLEAN, MR MAGIC, & MR GLEAM trademarks operating in the Household, Automotive, & Commercial Cleaning categories in Asia & the Indian Sub-Continent.

MR CLEAN was launched in the Australian and New Zealand markets in 1989 with a full product range of innovative kitchen scrubbers and household cleaning wipes and cloths utilizing microfiber technology sold by year 2000. Soon to follow was an expansion into the automotive cleaning category. By the mid 2000’s the MR CLEAN brand reputation was gaining strength and extended to new cleaning categories to include mops, brooms, brushware, window squeegees and buckets.

Hello, Asia

Following on from the brand success in Australia & New Zealand, APB Asia Pty. Ltd. was established with the objective of introducing the MR CLEAN product range into the Southeast Asian cleaning category which was still very much in its infancy. APB Asia’s first entry into the Asian market was the distribution of MR CLEAN Automotive products into the Singapore Oil Station market. The Philippines was the first Asian market to launch the MR CLEAN brand in the household cleaning category. An APB Asia office was established in January 2007 in Manila to service the Philippine market. MR CLEAN is now firmly established as a leading brand in the Philippines.

The product range now extends from cloths, scourers, wipes and sponges into higher value categories of microfibre mops, higher performance cloths, brushware, brooms, and household gloves. Beyond the Philippines, APB Asia has established distribution partnerships in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, India & China.

Growth & Expansion

In 2009 APB Asia was granted a license to produce accessories under the TURTLE WAX brand for Asia. The agreement requires APB Asia to develop and supply premium automotive accessories to complement the TURTLE WAX chemical range. The products are distributed via the existing TURTLE WAX distributor network in Asia. The range is now supplied by APB Asia to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Korea, the Philippines, Japan, Taiwan and China.

MR GLEAM IN INDIA

In 2016 MR GLEAM successfully launched in India and has quickly established a leading position in the market. The unique product sets based on microfibre technology, have made immediate impact in the Indian Modern Trade helping to transform the way Indian consumers clean their homes.
